The Nut Gatherers (1882) (oil on canvas), Bouguereau, William-Adolphe

Screen shows two little girls, on the left there is the golden girl with long hair, red headband looks cute, she was wearing a gray-brown dress and pure white long-sleeved shirt, one arm supported on the grass, and the other A hand gently resting on the other arm, the body lie down on the grass looks very relaxed. But the eyes look to another girl, seemed to listen carefully friend tells a secret.

Girl on the right has black hair, not long, just to the shoulder. She used a hair band hair combed back. She was wearing a light blue skirt and brown vest and a white short-sleeved shirt. Looks very clean and quiet. Black haired girl tightly against his head, did not see the golden-haired girl. Hands grip tightly together, bend knees sitting on the grass, I can see the girl tense mood, I seem to be able to hear her heart beating because he was nervous.

Background behind a grove seems to be a quiet afternoon, the girls finished the work, walked leisurely Meet the woods, they are barefoot. In this quiet time seems best suited to chat with friends, I want to chat with each other in their time, the black-haired girl inadvertently tell their own little secret, and thus two people to sit down quietly, quietly waiting blond girl a friend with his talk, black-haired girl tense, carefully, she seems to have some of the shy, but also eager to share their feelings with friends. Tell their own story seems to be about an adolescent story about a boy.
